Orders Relating - Fabric Lengths
We aim to dispatch your fabric within 10 working days upon receipt of cleared funds, subject to payment acceptance and stock fabric availability. If there are any delays we will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible. Postage/delivery is shown at the checkout once you have entered a delivery address where you will see your order total and be able to change your purchase before payment.
Orders Relating - Wholesale Product Production
We aim to dispatch your wholesale product products within 6 weeks upon receipt of cleared funds, subject to payment acceptance. Due to the nature of the the wholesale offering each order is bespoke made to the customers selected requirements of product type, fabric type and fabric design, therefore the 6 week lead time is necessary to print the fabric, make the products and quality control. If there are any delays we will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible all production is undertaken in Scotland UK.
Orders Relating - Retail Shop Products
We aim to dispatch your retail product within 5 working days upon receipt of cleared funds. If there are any delays we will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible. Postage/delivery is shown at the checkout once you have entered a delivery address where you will see your order total and be able to change your purchase before payment.
Orders will be dispatched using a traceable courier method.
Please be aware we reserve the right to use an alternative traceable method if necessary, in such cases the method will provide the same if not better service, therefore have no impact on the you the customer. The details will be provided upon shipping.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
BeFab Be Creative cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. For example you request the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given when order was placed, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
Deliveries to addresses in the CHANNEL ISLANDS: Any applicable import duties, clearance fees and other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries to addresses OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION may be subjected to customers clearance and import thresholds : All applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and or duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. Please be aware local customs practises may require you to provide additional information to clear your order, these rules vary by country. It is local government who determines duty and customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Faulty Goods / Returns
All our fabric printed fabric and product production goes through a quality control process.
Note that due to the bespoke nature of the manufacturing service we provide, unless there is a defect in the base fabric, (not including natural deviations that can be found in natural fibre fabrics, including but not exclusive to fabric slubs, flecking, changes in fibre texture) or a flaw in the print process, or if appropriate the manufacturer of the chosen product, returns will not be considered.
Any items, which are deemed faulty or incorrect, Printed and Co must be notified within 5 working days of receipt, please Contact Us with your order details. Failure to do so will result in the order being accepted as correct. If deemed to be incorrect, it is the responsibility of the client to return faulty items. Items are to be returned to us at client’s expense using a traceable method, within 5 working days of the notification. Please note we do not accept any responsibility for loss in transit of any goods.
Items must be returned in the condition they were supplied, items must not be cut or altered in anyway, otherwise order will be considered as being accepted and refund or replacement will not be considered. Once items have been assessed, return delivery charge will be refunded to a maximum of £10.00 per delivery.
BeFab Be Creative will not accept any liability for defects or faults occurring as a result of processing or after treatment by an external source, and will not accept any claims for any loss or issue arising thereafter.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your fabric/service, please Contact Us. All enquiries must be received within 5 working days from receipt of your goods.
Under no circumstances will BeFab Be Creative Ltd. be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise)
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue or anticipated profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of opportunity
- Loss of goodwill or injury to reputation
- Losses suffered by third parties
- Or any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of BeFab Creative regardless of the form of action.
BeFab Be Creative may provide links to other Web sites or resources, you acknowledge and agree that BeFab Be Creative is not responsible for the availability of such sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
